Account Closure
You may request to close your account at any time. Before closing, make sure there are no pending bets or withdrawals. Any remaining funds at the time of closure will be returned via your verified payment method.

Deposit Terms
- You may only use a payment account registered in your own name.

Withdrawal Terms
- Withdrawal requests are processed only from verified accounts.

Bonus & Promotion Terms
All bonuses and promotional offers from 90ok are provided under specific conditions. Accepting a bonus means you agree to these conditions.
Welcome Bonus
New users will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳20,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,000 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳2,000. Or depositing ৳42,000 gives the maximum ৳20,000 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳62,000.
Wagering Requirements
A 15x wagering requirement must be completed on each bonus. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not the total balance. Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 15 = ৳15,000 must be wagered before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.
General Bonus Terms
- Each user may claim each bonus offer only once.
- Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly; they become withdrawable only after the wagering requirement has been completed.
- The use of bonuses may be restricted to certain games or events.
- The validity period of a bonus will be stated in the relevant offer details.
- 90ok reserves the right to modify or withdraw any bonus offer as needed.
- In the event of any dispute regarding a bonus, the decision of 90ok is final.
Betting & Gaming Rules
All betting and gaming activities on 90ok are subject to the following rules.
Sports Betting
- The outcome of all bets depends on the official result of the relevant event.
- If a match is cancelled or abandoned, the related bets will be voided and the stake will be refunded.
